Leadership
INSIDE MY MIND
Closer to the ending of last year, my sophomore year, my guidance counselor had given an application to a program (Future Leaders of York) that helps develop leadership skills, at that point of time, I thought, "hey, it sounds interesting, let me try it out and see what I can get out of it". Walking into the first group session I still was't sure about what I had gotten myself into, but by the end of the day, I couldn't be happier that I had applied, I met many amazing people that were similar minded, and were positive to be around. To tie all of that into something academic, would make learning who I am as a leader would be interesting, especially to mix leadership styles to find my own.
